Shipping
Processing times:
I aim to get orders out either the same day or the next day, but please allow 1-3 days for processing time. I am a one person shop, so I appreciate your understanding that, while rare, sometimes processing may take up to 3 days as I am doing everything by myself!
Items ordered with express shipping will be processed within 1-2 days.
Delivery times:
Delivery is via Australia Post.
Delivery times vary by option and delivery location, but when you go to checkout and select your shipping option, each option includes the amount of time it should take to be shipped (as well as processing time).
Cut-off times:
Australia Post collects mail from the post box/office at 4pm each day. Therefore I will be dropping orders off at 3pm each day. Orders placed before 1pm will generally be dropped off the same day but if you place your order after 1pm, it will most likely be dropped off the next day. Please consider this when placing your order if you need it by a certain time.
Reminder that during the holiday periods or sales, it can get busy and processing may take longer than usual (up to 3 days), so please be patient but you will receive an email to let you know when your order is on the way.
Other:
Stickers are sent as letters and include a backing board for protection, prints are sent with a backing board in a padded mailer. Please check your mailboxes for your orders! A great amount of care is taken in packaging orders, but if your order arrives damaged in any way please contact me and include photos!
I take no responsibility for packages lost or damaged by the postal office/company, please contact them if you have not received your package by the expected date. However, I will resend mail where necessary in the unfortunate event that the item is unrecoverable or lost by the postal service.
Feel free to contact me if you are having trouble with your package or haven't received it within a few days after its expected delivery date. 💕

Returns
Returns:
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at info@artbysaskiatj.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. BOX 1202, Carlton, 3053, VIC.
If your return is accepted, you will be liable for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty) and you may send the item back to the above address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case that the item is faulty, we will refund you the return shipping fee after we have received and confirmed that the item is faulty. Alternatively, you may send videos or images of the faulty item before returning it and I will provide you with a postage label for free shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve accepted your return, please contact us at info@artbysaskiatj.com.
